The Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director, SMART Dealer Network, to build, enable, and scale a high-performing dealer ecosystem for our video remote guarding and security monitoring solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for launching and growing a partner network that drives adoption, recurring revenue, and long-term market penetration.

You will own the end-to-end dealer experience—from recruitment and onboarding to enablement, performance, and retention—while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth and who enjoys building programs from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute a comprehensive dealer network strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Onboard and enable dealers to the Smart Dealer Network
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate dealers within target verticals
  • Launch and lead a Dealer Advisory Board, including managing annual meetings and dealer events
  • Develop vertical-specific value propositions, sales plays, and go-to-market strategies
  • Create and deliver dealer enablement materials, training programs, and playbooks in partnership with Sales and Marketing
  • Drive dealer performance through training sessions, roadshows, incentives, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align offerings, service delivery, and messaging to dealer needs
  • Advocate for dealer feedback internally to influence product roadmap and program enhancements
  • Track dealer health, engagement, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Use data and insights to optimize dealer productivity, retention, and long-term growth
  • Continuously refine dealer programs to improve time-to-productivity and revenue impact

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience building and scaling partner, dealer, or channel programs—ideally in security, SaaS, video monitoring, or recurring-revenue solutions
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
  • Experience developing enablement programs, sales plays, and vertical-specific strategies
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort owning metrics and performance outcomes
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills

Requirements
6+ years of progressive experience building, managing, and scaling partner, dealer, or channel programs
• Proven success driving revenue through indirect sales, partner ecosystems, or dealer networks
• Experience in security, SaaS, video monitoring, IoT, or other recurring-revenue solutions preferred
• Demonstrated ability to launch programs from the ground up and scale them nationally or globally
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience working with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
• Experience creating enablement programs, sales playbooks, training, and go-to-market strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs, pipeline performance, and partner health metrics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed to support dealers, events, and advisory board meetings
